At Pacifica Tiny Homes, we stand behind our workmanship and quality, which is why we offer a warranty on all of our tiny homes. We understand that purchasing a tiny home is a significant investment, and we want our customers to have peace of mind knowing that we are committed to providing exceptional service and support. Our warranty ensures that you can enjoy your new home worry-free, and we are here to address any issues that may arise.
Covers structural defects in plumbing, electrical, roofing, windows, and doors on all builds.
After the standard warranty period, the Buyer must notify Pacifica Tiny Homes if any defects arise.
If Pacifica is responsible, repairs are covered at no cost. Buyer is responsible for transportation to the factory.
For on-site repairs, the Buyer is responsible for labor and travel costs incurred by our team.
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable to subsequent owners.
