About Pacifica
Built with purpose
Crystal and Josue founded Pacifica Tiny Homes together. Crystal oversees day-to-day operations and guides customers from first inquiry through delivery. Josue leads production — design, framing, finishes, and getting your home to your site.
Their path into tiny homes began with living smaller and seeing how much simpler everyday life could be. Pacifica grew from that: well-built homes that families can afford. What started as a small operation is now a builder families trust for a primary home, a rental, or life on the road.

We started Pacifica because the tiny home buying process too often involves too many vendors, unclear communication, and unexpected costs. We set out to offer something better.
We still operate the same way: clean design, practical layouts, and a transparent process from tour through delivery. You select your options up front, and we honor the price we quote.
